Patrick B. Moran is a strategic and operations-focused professional based in the Washington, D.C. region, with over two decades of experience supporting organizations at the intersection of public policy, business operations, and development.
At Moran Global Strategies, Patrick is responsible for internal strategy, administrative operations, financial coordination, and compliance, supporting the firm’s client engagements and overall execution. His work focuses on aligning organizational priorities, managing internal processes, and ensuring that client initiatives are supported effectively behind the scenes. His role is advisory and operational in nature, and he is not a registered lobbyist.
In addition to his work with Moran Global Strategies, Patrick has led and supported a range of consulting and project-based engagements across sectors, including work with organizations such as Zyter, the International Spirit of Healing non-profit, and initiatives related to Major League Cricket’s expansion into the Washington, D.C. region. These efforts have involved strategic planning, operational coordination, and execution support for complex and emerging initiatives.
In parallel, Patrick has led development and project execution efforts, providing practical insight into how projects are planned, permitted, financed, and delivered. His experience spans residential development, environmental implementation, and conservation-focused site design as a Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP) and licensed contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Patrick’s approach is grounded in disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and has pursued post-graduate studies in artificial intelligence through the Project Management Institute, with a focus on improving planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
He also serves on the City of Alexandria Citizen Corps Council, contributing to public safety, emergency preparedness, and community resilience initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Patrick held roles with Apollo PACS and MicroTech, where he gained experience in healthcare technology and federal contracting environments.
