Dwayne Bolton

A trusted advisor with over two decades of federal and political experience, Dwayne navigates complex regulatory and legislative environments for corporate clients, non-profits, trade associations, and foreign governments.

Prior to returning to the private sector, Bolton served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental and External Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy under former Secretaries Rick Perry and Dan Brouillette.

Before his time at the Department of Energy, Bolton served in government relations positions with a number of well-established Washington offices, including the Association of American Railroads, Caterpillar, and Edison International.

Bolton also worked as a senior aide in the Office of Congressman Mike Rogers (R-AL), where he managed domestic and trade issues.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Dwayne was raised in Connecticut where he earned an undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University. He also earned a graduate degree from George Mason University, and holds an MBA. Bolton resides in Washington, D.C with his wife.
